Job Summary

You will manage inventory records and stock movements to ensure accurate tracking of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, supporting smooth production and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update inventory records accurately in the system to maintain data integrity
• Maintain and provide up-to-date stock records and inventory updates to relevant departments for informed decision-making
• Record and document all inventory transactions properly to ensure traceability and compliance
• Monitor and control stock movements of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to prevent discrepancies
• Assist in stocktaking and inventory reconciliation to verify physical stock against records
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior to support operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office to efficiently manage inventory data and reporting
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics NAV) to facilitate inventory management processes
• Attention to detail and strong data accuracy to minimize errors in stock records
