• Monitor service quality by evaluating customer interactions and ensuring satisfaction
• Handle customer feedback promptly and resolve operational issues to improve service delivery
• Monitor inventory levels, manage supplies, and maintain accurate stock records for operational readiness
• Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with company procedures
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports to support management decision-making
