Responsibilities
Job Summary
Provide technical and engineering support to the Project Team, assisting in planning, monitoring, and controlling M&E works. Manage subcontractor progress and ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and project requirements for building projects.
Responsibilities
Provide technical and engineering support to the Project Team to ensure effective project execution
Assist the Project Manager and M&E Manager in planning, reviewing, monitoring, and controlling the progress and processes of M&E works
Control and manage the progress and performance of M&E subcontractors on site to meet project timelines and quality standards
Apply knowledge of applicable codes, regulations, and Authorities’ requirements related to M&E services, building construction, and safety to ensure compliance
Monitor and control the progress of Requests for Approval (RFA), Requests for Information (RFI), shop drawings, technical submissions, and equipment/material procurement, fabrication, and delivery
Maintain and update all site inspection, testing, and commissioning records accurately to support project documentation and quality assurance
Required competencies and certifications
Possess a recognized degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least three years of relevant experience in building projects
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for entry-level positions
