Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist customers with placing and modifying store or grocery orders via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Respond quickly to customer inquiries and feedback regarding product availability, pricing, and promotions.
Demonstrate the ability to effectively cross-sell and upsell products when appropriate.
Provide accurate updates on order status, delivery timelines, and manage returns due to cancellations, incorrect orders, or duplicate orders placed on the same day.
Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure accurate order processing and proper assignment to delivery routes.
Communicate efficiently with delivery personnel to facilitate a smooth handover for timely deliveries.
Maintain a positive, friendly attitude when interacting with customers.
Stay up-to-date on product availability, stock levels, promotions, and store policies.
Generate invoices for orders and purchase orders, informing customers about payment statuses and policies for tracking and record-keeping, ensuring payments are made as per the chosen payment method or credit terms.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) or Credit Term payments, liaise with the Accounts Receivables (AR) department to ensure timely follow-ups and monitoring by the designated key accounts personnel.
