Job Summary
Manage design, planning, and execution of projects to meet contract timelines and budgets. Coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery and compliance with contract terms.
Responsibilities
Plan and manage project design and execution to meet contract deadlines and budget constraints
Coordinate and participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and relevant parties to confirm designs and ensure smooth project execution
Manage meetings with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure completion of tasks according to signed contracts
Monitor sub-contractors’ and suppliers’ adherence to their scope of work and pricing to maintain project budget compliance
Respond to and follow up on project-related emails from all involved parties, keeping superiors informed
Draft and send email requests or reports to relevant parties to obtain project information and updates, copying superiors as necessary
Propose design modifications based on client or company requirements while adhering to the approved budget
Perform additional tasks as directed by superiors to support project objectives
