Job Description

Join Absolute Kinetics Consultancy (AKC) and be part of our growing team. We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Client Relations Executive to build strong relationships with our clients, promote our courses and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain good relationships with corporate and individual clients
• Respond to client enquiries and follow up in a timely manner
• Understand client training needs and recommend suitable courses and services
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads and referrals
• Prepare quotations, proposals and other client documents
• Follow up on enquiries, registrations and course confirmations
• Work with internal teams to meet client requirements
• Keep client information and sales records accurate in CRM
• Track client accounts, follow-ups and repeat bookings
• Give clients timely updates and support
• Assist with other client-related and business duties as required

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, professional and service-minded
• Proactive, organised and attentive to details
• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Sales, account management or client servicing experience would be an advantage
• Training will be provided
