Full Time M-E Technician (Rawang-Cyberjaya) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,300 in SSRV (M) Selangor - Maukerja

Locations: Rawang & Cyberjaya, Selangor

SSRV (M) Sdn Bhd is looking for a hands-on M&E Technician to support the maintenance and operation of mechanical and electrical systems at our client facilities. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and timely rectification of building maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Inspect and maintain building equipment, including pumps, motors, lighting, electrical installations and ACMV systems, according to site requirements.
• Troubleshoot equipment faults and perform minor repairs.
• Respond to maintenance work orders and breakdowns promptly.
• Monitor equipment performance and report defects requiring further technical attention.
• Maintain maintenance records, inspection checklists and work order updates.
• Assist contractors and senior technical personnel during servicing and repair works.
• Comply with safety procedures and client site requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant M&E or building maintenance experience preferred.
• Certificate, Diploma or relevant technical qualification is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Able to use hand tools, perform basic troubleshooting and follow maintenance procedures.
• Responsible, practical and willing to work on-site at Rawang or Cyberjaya.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
