Key Requirements

• Possess relevant qualifications in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Human Resources, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Training and Development experience will be an added advantage.
• Energetic, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage HR operations and handle employee-related matters professionally.
• Preferred age range: 28–38 years old.

Someone who takes ownership, communicates confidently, handles challenges effectively, and is passionate about people management and employee development.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
