Full Time Executive Technical Support Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Kempas Johor Melaka - Maukerja

Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating fleet maintenance activities, monitoring ambulance repair status, managing loaner ambulance arrangements, and ensuring accurate technical records to support smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the allocation and movement of loaner ambulances to ensure operational continuity.
• Monitor ambulance maintenance and repair progress with workshops and relevant parties.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance updates and operational documentation.
• Liaise with workshops, operations teams and external vendors on vehicle maintenance matters.
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and follow up on outstanding repairs.
• Ensure proper documentation of work orders, service records and vehicle information.
• Assist Management with technical data analysis and operational reporting.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
