About Our Client

Our client is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Officer to join their team. This is a suitable opportunity for fresh graduates and individuals who are interested in starting a career in recruitment and human resources. Training and guidance will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates through job portals and online platforms.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
• Contact candidates to introduce job opportunities and assess their interest.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with posting job advertisements and maintaining candidate records.
• Build and maintain a database of potential candidates.
• Support daily recruitment activities and administrative duties as required.

Job Requirements

• No prior recruitment experience required; training will be provided.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset.
• Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with candidates.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
