What We Are Looking For

• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, sales or key account management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and the ability to identify and convert opportunities into business results.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated and target-driven mindset, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good coordination and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments. 

Sipro Plastic Industries Sdn Bhd is looking for a dynamic, commercially driven and results-oriented individual to spearhead business expansion, secure new customers and strengthen strategic relationships with existing customers.

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base, developing new markets and driving the Company’s long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, expand market share and deliver sustainable business growth.
• Develop Customers and Markets: Identify and secure new customers and business opportunities in product manufacturing while strengthening existing customer relationships.
• Manage Commercial Activities: Oversee RFQs, costing coordination, quotation preparation, commercial negotiations and customer follow-ups to secure new business.
• Coordinate New Projects: Work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing and other departments to assess customer requirements, evaluate project feasibility and support successful project execution.
• Analyse Markets and Monitor Performance: Identify market trends and growth opportunities, monitor sales pipelines and project progress, and provide regular business updates.

Lead Customer Engagement and Team Development: Represent the Company in customer meetings, presentations and negotiations, as well as leading the team to achieve departmental objectives.
