Job Description
Responsibilities
Develop Structural &Architecture Design Drawings
1) Assists Technical Managerto prepare Structural & Architecture Design Drawings
2) Prepare erection and shopdrawings with accurate cutting lists for fabrication purposes
3) Co-ordination betweenclients, fabrication, and site works on technical design specifications.
4) Liaise with QP on drawingsubmissions, approval, and amendments.
5) Prepare documents to submitto the regulatory/ authorities
6) Assist in coordinatingQA/QC matters with fabrication dept.
7) Responsible for the upkeeping and training of Tekla BIM Software
Prepare Risk Management Plan
1) Plan in advance for anyemergency issue
2) Check and ensure the designdrawing is accurate before fabrication to avoid re -work
3) Check and ensure the designdrawing is accurate before installation on site
Participant in Tender Presentationand Projects Meeting
1) Work closely with Safetydept. for submission of method statements including list of equipment.
2) Attend site survey.
3) Attend progress meetings,discuss and suggest technical proposals.
Train the Technical Team &Innovation in Fabrication Design
1) Train a competent technicalteam on use of Tekla BIM software
2) Work with Fabrication ************* innovate fabrication design.
