Responsibilities
Job Summary
Provide comprehensive ICT technical support and multimedia production services to enhance school programmes and events, ensuring smooth operation of devices, software, and audiovisual equipment in a dynamic school environment.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for computers, iPads, software, and audiovisual equipment to maintain operational efficiency
Manage school ICT user accounts, process helpdesk requests, coordinate device loans, and maintain ICT inventory for seamless technology access
Support photography, videography, graphic design, and multimedia production to enrich school activities and communications
Produce and edit videos for school programmes, events, and educational initiatives to enhance engagement and learning
Set up audiovisual equipment for school events and assist with ICT procurement and equipment maintenance to ensure readiness and functionality
Required competencies and certifications
At least 2 years of relevant ICT support experience to effectively handle technical responsibilities
Prior experience working in an iPad PDLP Computing school environment to understand specific educational technology needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent to support technical knowledge
Proficiency in photography, videography, graphic design, or animation to contribute creatively to multimedia projects
Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills to thrive in a fast-paced school environment

Monday to Thursday: 8:15 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM
Lunch Break: 45 minutes daily
