Supervise daily operations for cosmetics and personal care products.
Allocate work and monitor production progress to meet delivery schedules.
Check product quality, packaging accuracy and batch records.
Train production staff and maintain workplace safety, hygiene and housekeeping.
Coordinate equipment maintenance and report production issues to management.
Requirements
At least 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience, preferably in cosmetics, toiletries or related products.
Experience leading a production team is preferred.
Good organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to perform hands-on duties and maintain accurate production records.
