Responsibilities
This will be a 1-year contract position based in One North.
Responsibilities:
Identify gaps in capability of managers and leaders
Come up with intervention strategy, plan and activities to address the gaps.
Establish initiatives and solutions to build leadership and managerial capabilities (including creating related contents and materials).
Support administration and implementation of feedback exercises (including system configuration, participant onboarding, communications, data analysis and follow-up interventions).
Collaborate with external partners, vendors and providers to develop, curate and customize leadership development solutions.
Administrative support to management and leaders on executive coaching services.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the leadership development solutions.
Facilitate leadership development activities and interventions
Requirement
3 - 5 years of relevant leadership/learning development experience
Track record in implementing leadership development initiatives and projects (360-degree feedback exercise, executive coaching, management programmes, leadership competency framework)
Able to work in a fast pace environment and as a team
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
