Full Time Finance Operations Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Xetron Solutions Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) process to support daily sales operations and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, customers, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate smooth business operations and effective order management.
• Support sales order processing, billing, and other related operational activities.
• Ensure all transactions and business processes comply with company policies, procedures, and internal guidelines.
• Handle customer inquiries and coordinate the resolution of operational issues when necessary.
• Prepare operational reports and perform other duties as assigned by the Business Operations Manager.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and business partners.
• Facilitate information sharing and coordinate business requirements to ensure that customer demands and operational deliverables are met as agreed.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in finance operations, Order-to-Cash (OTC), sales order processing, billing, or customer service will be an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of sales order management, billing processes, and business operations.
• Basic knowledge of or exposure to SAP or other ERP systems would be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
