Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Crew Management:
Supervise Masters and officers, coordinate rotations, and ensure valid certifications.
License & Compliance:
Manage renewal of all vessel and departmental licenses; liaise with MPA and other authorities.
Reporting & Coordination:
Prepare fleet and compliance reports; coordinate with technical, commercial, and operational teams.
Budget Control:
Monitor operating costs and optimize expenses.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
3-5 years shore-based ship management experience.
Strong knowledge of vessel operations, crew management, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
