Full Time Procurement Executive [EL] Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,800 in WECRUIT PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Handle daily purchasing activities, including sourcing, quotation requests, price negotiation and delivery follow-ups.

Purchase materials, components and equipment according to MRP requirements.

Follow up with suppliers to ensure materials are delivered on time to meet production schedules.

Work closely with the Supply Chain Planning team to ensure sufficient material availability.

Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate stock levels.

Coordinate shipment arrangements, delivery updates and customs declarations with logistics companies.

Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery and inventory control.

Maintain purchasing records, vendor databases and procurement documentation.

Process purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices for Finance submission.

Coordinate RMA and NCT units with suppliers.

Support cost reduction initiatives and analyse Bills of Materials (BOM).

Prepare weekly and monthly purchasing reports.

Prioritise tasks according to urgency and perform other duties as assigned.
