Full Time Senior Risk - Control Analyst, SDLC Governance (Banking-Contract) Jobs, in Manpower Singapore - Maukerja

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead SDLC governance modernization through automation, AI-enabled assurance, and continuous compliance monitoring. The role partners with Engineering, DevSecOps, Technology Risk, Information Security, Audit, and Data & AI teams to strengthen governance, improve software delivery quality, and ensure regulatory and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain SDLC governance standards, controls, procedures, and best practices across the software development lifecycle.
• Design and implement automated controls, compliance monitoring, governance dashboards, and reporting across SDLC toolchains.
• Drive AI-enabled governance initiatives for compliance validation, risk identification, control effectiveness assessment, and process optimization.
• Monitor compliance, risk indicators, and remediation activities while providing governance insights and management reporting.
• Manage SDLC process assets, including standards, templates, playbooks, and control documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support governance transformation, risk management, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Around 10-12 years of experience in SDLC Governance, Technology Risk, DevSecOps, Software Quality Assurance, Engineering Excellence, or related fields.
• Proven experience in governance automation, compliance monitoring, enterprise SDLC toolchains, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Good understanding of technology risk management, regulatory compliance, and audit requirements within regulated environments.
• Experience driving cross-functional governance or transformation programs.
• Professional certifications such as COBIT, ITIL, CRISC, or CISA
