Full Time Senior Full Stack Engineer (7 Years Experience and Above) (1 Year Contract) Jobs, in Rhino Partners - Maukerja

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to lead the technical design, development, and enhancement of secure, scalable, and reliable web applications and digital products.

You will take ownership of complex engineering challenges, drive technical decisions, and work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. You will also contribute to engineering best practices and provide technical guidance to other developers.

• Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of complex full-stack web applications.
• Design scalable application architectures, backend services, APIs, and database solutions.
• Develop and optimise responsive frontend applications, ensuring performance, accessibility, and usability.
• Drive technical design decisions, ensuring solutions are secure, maintainable, and aligned with product requirements.
• Design and implement authentication, authorisation, role-based access controls, and application security measures.
• Lead the development of application workflows, business process automation, and system integrations.
• Take ownership of end-to-end technical delivery, from solution design and implementation to deployment and production support.
• Establish and improve engineering practices, including code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimise application performance, and improve system reliability.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and provide technical guidance on development best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to evaluate technical feasibility, define solutions, and prioritise development activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve system architecture, development efficiency, and overall product quality.

• More than 7 years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering or application development.
• Extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining production-grade web applications.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, with expertise in React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong backend development experience using Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, or Go.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, RESTful APIs, system integrations, and scalable application design.
• Strong experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server, including data modelling and query optimisation.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Strong understanding of application security, authentication, authorisation, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.
• Proven ability to independently design and deliver complex technical solutions.
• Experience conducting code reviews, providing technical guidance, or mentoring developers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
  

• Experience with Docker, containerisation, and deployment automation.
• Experience designing and operating scalable cloud-based applications.
• Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and production incident management.
• Experience developing workflow automation or enterprise application platforms.
• Experience working in Agile, cross-functional, product-oriented engineering teams.
