CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNTS – JOB DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS

• Handle full set of accounts for a construction company.
• Prepare invoices, payment claims and supporting documents.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and process payments to suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project expenses, costs and outstanding payments.
• Check subcontractors’ invoices and supporting documents.
• Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
• Handle payroll, CPF and other statutory payments.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting and project documents.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, auditors and banks.
• Assist with GST and tax-related matters.
• Proficient in Xero accounting software is required.
• Experience in construction/project accounting is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Singapore accounting practices and statutory requirements.
• Good communication, organisational and administrative skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Required:
Xero experience + Construction Accounts experience.
