Full Time ASSISTANT CHEF Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,700 in AYAM PENYET PAK USTADZ Kelantan - Maukerja

Job Scope / Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef in daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Wash, clean, cut, weigh and prepare ingredients according to instructions.
• Assist in preparing sauces, gravies, sambal, garnishes and other basic ingredients.
• Assist the Chef in cooking and preparing customer orders.
• Ensure all required ingredients are prepared and readily available.
• Store and organise ingredients properly.
• Assist with daily kitchen stock checks.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and kitchen equipment.
• Wash and clean cooking utensils and equipment after use.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and kitchen SOPs.
• Assist in receiving, checking and storing kitchen supplies.
• Support the Chef during busy operating hours.
• Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the Chef or Supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Previous F&B or kitchen experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation.
• Willing to learn and able to follow instructions.
• Hardworking, responsible and punctual.
• Able to work well as part of a team.
• Able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
• Good personal hygiene and cleanliness.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Fresh candidates with no experience may be considered if they demonstrate a positive attitude and good work discipline.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
