Job Description
Assist project manager in managing and monitoring the project progress to meet technical requirements and time schedule with high quality standard and cost effectiveness.
Attend to daily tasks relating to project and customer's requirements and work closely with the Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Production & Quality Departments.
Coordination and liaise with subcontractors and vendors relation to planning, programming, cost, quality and schedule issues.
Prepare the project schedule and progress report and alert higher management on the project risk when occurred.
Maintain the proper documentations follows Project Execution Plan throughout the project cycle.
Progress monitoring to ensure all activities completed in timely manner.
Planning and liaising with clients, suppliers, building and facility contractors.
Liaise and coordinate with all parties such as clients, consultants, consultants’ representatives, site supervisors, and sub-contractors; on all aspects of the project to ensure smooth, timely and successful completion of the project.
Participate site meetings and inspections.
To monitor progress and tracking for daily, weekly and monthly progress and report submission.
Familiar with MS projects.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or equivalent, with minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience.
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Training is provided.
Module fabrication & FPSO conversation yard experience is preferred.
Computer proficiency in MS Project / Excel and MS Word, Adobe Acrobat & AutoCad an added advantage.
