Full Time Marketing Manager Jobs, in Sunway Property Selangor - Maukerja

Sunway Property are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive and execute marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives. This role involves planning campaigns, aligning sales and marketing efforts, monitoring market trends, and coordinating with agencies and stakeholders to ensure effective product positioning and delivery.

Your Key Accountabilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing and sales activities to achieve targets within budget.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and product differentiation.
• Align and coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of plans.
• Review and comment on advertising and promotional materials to ensure that the marketing message and collaterals are aligned with the product brief.
• Liaise with agencies, media, authorities, and external stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support decision-making.
• Recommend pricing strategies based on market insights.
• Track performance and prepare reports and presentations for management.

What We're Looking For:

• Degree/Diploma in Marketing or anything equivalent
• Minimum 6-8 years of working experience in Marketing field, preferably in the property development/ real estate industry
• Knowledgeable in government laws and regulations relating to property
• Knowledgeable in building/ property specifications
• Additional knowledge in property valuation would be a plus
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
