About the Role

Are you passionate about movies, guest hospitality, and working in a dynamic environment? TGV Cinemas is looking for reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Cinema Crew Members to join our team at Sunway Square Mall!

You will be the face of TGV, ensuring every moviegoer enjoys a seamless, welcoming, and high-quality entertainment experience from the concession stand to the cinema hall.

Key Responsibilities

Concession Counter Operations:

• Prepare and serve signature popcorn, snacks, and beverages efficiently following food safety and hygiene standards.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for cash, card, and e-wallet transactions.
• Actively promote current combo sets, seasonal snacks, and cinema promotions to guests.

Guest Services & Floor Support:

• Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and assist with ticket scanning, self-service kiosks, and directional guidance.
• Help manage hall entrance flow during peak movie hours.

Hall & Lobby Maintenance:

• Conduct quick turnarounds and cleanups inside cinema halls between showtimes.
• Ensure concession stations, counters, and lobby areas remain clean, well-stocked, and organized throughout your shift.

Working Hours & Availability

• Shift Duration: 4 to 8 hours per shift, scheduled according to daily cinema operational requirements.
• Flexibility: Must be willing to work shift rotations, including weekends, public holidays, and evening/closing shifts.

Requirements

• Skills: Good communication skills, a positive customer-first mindset, and basic cash-handling accuracy.
• Background: Open to high school graduates, university/college students, and entry-level job seekers. Experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality is a plus!
• Attributes: Punctual, proactive, friendly, and team-oriented.
