Full Time Business Analyst Jobs, in Neurones IT Asia - Maukerja

We are looking for Business Analyst for one of our clients in Singapore and your role is as below:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identification and assessment of current state processes based on interviews, focus group discussions, data gathering, etc.
• Development of future state processes in consultation with stakeholder groups including the Authority’s contractors/vendors.
• Facilitation of stakeholder group discussions or workshops to gather requirements, seek consensus on proposed future state processes, etc.
• Documentation of process models using the Authority’s preferred tool.

Business Analysis Functions

• Design solutions and support transition strategies in consultation with track leads.
• Work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to gather, validate, and assess business requirements, including future-state business processes.
• Facilitate coordination across user divisions, vendors, and system teams.
• Document business processes, user journeys, process flows, and functional requirements.
• Support sprint planning, execution, and delivery activities to ensure timely implementation of enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience performing the role (5 years for Senior Deployed Staff)
• The candidate will support both enhancement delivery and operational activities including: Enhancements and Change Requests (CR)
• Review enhancement requests with Product Managers and business users to assess business needs, feasibility, impact, and value.
• Analyse business and system requirements and recommend appropriate solution approaches.
• Coordinate and support testing activities to ensure requirements coverage, regression testing completeness, and successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by user/business divisions.
