Shampooing & Rinsing:
Washing and conditioning hair using appropriate products based on hair type and scalp needs.
Cutting & Trimming:
Performing various cutting techniques to shape and style hair, including trims and layers.
Coloring & Treatments:
Applying hair color, highlights, and other treatments like bleaching and tints.
Styling:
Blow-drying, curling, braiding, and creating updos for everyday looks and special occasions.
Scalp & Hair Treatments:
Administering deep conditioning and other specialized treatments.
Client Interaction & Consultation:
Consultation:
Discussing client preferences and advising on styles that suit their face shape and hair texture.
Product Recommendation:
Educating clients on suitable hair care and styling products to maintain their hair at home.
Relationship Building:
Fostering strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and retention.
Professional Conduct:
Trend Awareness:
Continuously educating themselves on the latest trends, techniques, and product innovations.
Hygiene & Safety:
Maintaining a clean and sanitary work area and sterilizing all tools and equipment.
Customer Service:
Providing a positive and relaxing experience for clients throughout their visit.
Sales & Upselling:
Promoting and selling retail hair care products to clients to enhance their results.
Appointment Management:
Scheduling appointments and potentially managing client records and payments.
