Job Description
Responsibilities
We are a signage company that design, fabricate and install signage. We are seeking to hire an admin to assist in factory scheduling, ordering of materials and planning of installation schedule daily.
Training will be provided.
Key requirements
1.Able to understand signage drawings and dimensions.
2.Well verse in MS office software.
3. Able to work well in a multi-cultural environment.
4. Work closely with production supervisor and check progress in workshop.
Key Responsibilities
1. To liaise with production supervisor and update daily factory progress.
2. To assist to prepare daily schedule for next day installations.
3. To work out bill of materials and check stock with factory supervisor to order raw materials.
4. To ensure all jobs are carried out and arranged in production to avoid delays.
5. To generate installation schedule daily based on signages ready for installation.
