Job Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Restaurant Supervisor.
• Check table setting, chairs, floors, proper maintenance, cleanliness and safety.
• Take immediate action to resolve all complaints and issues.
• Manage the guest reservation system alongside staffs.
• Receive and greet guests followed by seating them accordingly.
• Adhere and enforce all restaurant rules, regulations and policies.
• Conduct daily line-up with staff for briefing and debriefing.
• Supervises part timer staff and maintain uniform and service standards.
• Ensure side work is completed every day and supplies are stocked.
• Review daily specials, stations and other applicable announcements.

Job Requirements:

• Self-motivated and dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Good problem solving and strong analytical skills Team player in a diverse work environment
• Success driven and result oriented
• Minimum 2 years working experience in the F&B industry
