Manage overall project delivery from planning and mobilization through construction, commissioning, and handover.

Lead project teams to achieve agreed targets for safety, environment, quality, delivery, and cost.

Establish project schedules, construction methodologies, resource plans, and performance monitoring processes.

Oversee project budgets, procurement, contractual matters, claims, variations, and commercial risks.

Ensure construction works comply with approved specifications, relevant regulations, and client requirements.

Maintain effective coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, authorities, and utility agencies.

Identify potential project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Monitor project performance and prepare reports covering progress, costs, quality, safety, and risks.

Guide project teams and support business development, tender reviews, and pre-construction planning.
