Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in spa, salon, beauty, or wellness industry

Previous supervisory or management experience preferred

Strong leadership and staff management skills

Able to achieve monthly sales targets

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused

Able to manage appointments, stock, staff schedules, and daily operations

Basic computer and social media knowledge

Responsible, disciplined, proactive, and able to work independently

Manage overall daily spa/salon operations

Lead, supervise and motivate the team

Monitor staff performance, attendance and service standards

Drive sales and achieve monthly targets

Handle customer enquiries, complaints and follow-ups

Build customer loyalty and encourage repeat business

Ensure treatments and services meet company SOPs

Manage appointments, staff schedules and workflow

Monitor stock, products and supplies

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and professional standards

Support promotions, packages and marketing activities

Prepare basic sales and operational reports
