We work with brands, agencies and partners to deliver impactful content, campaigns and experiences that connect with audiences in meaningful ways. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a hungry and driven Sales & Partnerships Executive to help us build new partnerships and unlock new business opportunities.
What You'll Do
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through outreach, networking, referrals and prospecting
Build relationships with brands, agencies and marketing decision-makers
Pitch The Meatmen Group's content, sponsorship, advertising and partnership opportunities
Understand client objectives and recommend creative solutions that deliver measurable value
Support the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to proposal preparation, negotiation and closing
Work closely with content, marketing and operations teams to ensure successful execution of client campaigns
Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and consistently work towards sales targets
Keep up to date with trends in food, lifestyle, digital media and brand partnerships
Who We're Looking For
Hungry, self-motivated and eager to build a career in sales and business development
Confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people and building relationships
Comfortable with outreach, prospecting and initiating conversations
Resilient and able to handle rejection positively
Strong organisational and follow-up skills
Passionate about food, content, media and brand partnerships
Fresh graduates and candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply
Experience in sales, customer service, account management, events or marketing is a bonus, but not required
