Full Time CUSTOMER SERVICE (LOGISTICS TRANSPORT) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in CTE Group Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide delivery status updates.
• Coordinate with transport planners, drivers and customers on daily transport arrangements.
• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on delays or operational issues.
• Create, update and monitor job records in the Asolute system.
• Ensure transport and delivery information is accurately updated in the system.
• Prepare and maintain transport documents and delivery records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, transportation or customer service is an advantage.
• Experience using the Asolute system will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to multitask, work independently and meet deadlines.
• Responsible, organised, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
