Responsibilities
About the Role
Assess residents’ needs and develop and implement individualised rehabilitation and physiotherapy programmes to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate residents’ care and rehabilitation plans.
Provide clinical leadership and guidance to Therapy Assistants and healthcare staff.
Develop and maintain rehabilitation SOPs, ensuring compliance with HCSA requirements and clinical standards.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and facilitate staff training.
Lead quality improvement initiatives, research activities, and funded projects in support of organisational objectives.
What We Are Looking For
Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy.
Registered with the Singapore Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare or eldercare settings.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently.
Adaptable and responsive to changes in a clinical environment.
