Full Time OPERATION MANAGER - ASSISTANT MANAGER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Sajian Ambang Selangor - Maukerja

• Willing to work at Shah Alam.
• Report to the Company's Operations Manager directly related with branch operations and administration.
• Monitor and supervise customer service standards (patients) and hospital management to ensure service meet the set standards.
• Make an inspection to ensure that the F&B standard is consistent and practiced for high quality production with cooperation from all parties, especially the production department and department service.
• Control and supervise aspects of human resources / personnel within human resource planning, cooperation, discipline, development and training, staff motivation and welfare.
• Communicate and cooperate with other departments in handling operational problems.
• Plan and prepare proposal papers, ideas and suggestions related to promotional and marketing activities for branches with insight to increase profits and sales.
• Establish a professional business relationship with management hospitals, patients and visitors by offering services that quality as well as ensuring VIP services are implemented to the involved.
• Prepare monthly reports and other related reports.
• Ensure that all staff are well dressed and presentable neat self guided by the guidelines that have been set.
• Identify training needs and conduct periodic training sessions for the purpose of maintaining the service provided is at the level which is high.
• Supervise payments from rent, official banquets etc.
• Coordinate service standards and food preparation.
• Carry out other duties and responsibilities given by the leader directly from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
