Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in marketing, digital marketing or social media management.
- Experience in planning content calendars, developing creative ideas and managing social media platforms.
- Able to work closely with a Videographer to plan and execute daily content production.
- Good copywriting skills, including writing engaging captions, promotional content and calls to action.
- Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant social media platforms.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media analytics, audience engagement and lead generation.
- Familiar with Canva, Meta Business Suite and other relevant marketing tools.
- Creative, proactive, organised and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with different departments.
- Able to analyse marketing performance and recommend improvements based on data and audience engagement.
- Experience in interior design, renovation, construction or property-related marketing is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's interior design, renovation and design-and-build services.
- Work closely with the Videographer to plan, coordinate and produce daily marketing content for the company's social media platforms.
- Develop daily content ideas, creative concepts, content calendars and scripts for videos, reels, promotional posts and other digital content.
- Coordinate content production, including arranging filming schedules, identifying suitable projects or locations, and gathering information from the Design, Project and Site teams.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant channels.
- Ensure consistent daily content posting to increase brand awareness, audience engagement and potential customer enquiries.
- Write engaging captions, marketing copy and calls to action to support content and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach and enquiries, and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and support the company's sales and business development activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify marketing opportunities, industry trends and content ideas.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Design, Project and Business Development teams to develop relevant marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain consistent branding and marketing communication across all platforms.
- Assist in organising promotional activities, events, exhibitions and other marketing initiatives.
- Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by management.
