Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and independent Part-Time Accounting Executive with hands-on experience in managing a full set of accounts. The ideal candidate is well-versed in statutory compliance and capable of handling accounting and HR-related tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a full or partial set of accounts, including GL, AR, AP, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare, process, and review invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and management reports, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow Statement, and AR/AP ageing.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow statements.
• Ensure proper maintenance, recording, and filing of accounting documents for audit and tax purposes.
• Prepare tax computations and supporting schedules for tax estimation and revisions.
• Handle e-Invoicing implementation and ongoing processing when required, in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory reporting requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and relevant authorities.
• Handle Human Resources matters including payroll processing, staff claims, statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN), and EA Form / Form E submissions.
• Ensure all statutory submissions are completed accurately and on time.
• Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required by Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM, LCCI Higher, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proven ability to manage a full set of accounts independently.
• Experience using accounting software; AutoCount knowledge is an added advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
