Full Time Hostel Warden Jobs, in Extra Excellent Services Selangor - Maukerja

Key responsibilities

• Station in the hostel premises as assigned
• Perform patrol in and around the hostel premises from time to time, and inspection/spot checks
• Write a daily report on all occurrences in the Hostel
• Hands-on maintenance work with exposure to electrical, plumbing, and building facilities
• Notify and report to immediate supervisors of any emergency occurrences
• Act as liaison person between maintenance and workers on work request orders and cleaners to ensure hostel premises are kept clean and functional
• Report any incidents and offenses by workers in the hostel to the HR Department
• Guard the premises against intrusion on unauthorized entries and provide effective security and safety coverage of facilities and premises
• Protect equipment and properties against vandalism, theft, or sabotage
• Coordinate room allocation and key distribution for newly joined workers
