We are partnering with a highly respected not-for-profit professional services organisation with a strong global presence. They are seeking a switched-on HR Business Partner to join their regional HR team in Singapore. This concurs with their ongoing digital and business transformation across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, hence the incoming will play a critical role in shaping the future of their workforce and the scalability of extent people processes.

The Role

Reporting to the Regional HR Director, this is a highly autonomous role supporting a client group of approximately <200 headcounts across Corporate Functions. This is not a "business as usual" HR role, and requires someone who can navigate complex stakeholder landscapes yet comfortable with fluidity i.e. operate effectively while structures evolve, rather than waiting for a fully formed playbook.

• Strategic Partnership: Partner with senior leaders to drive workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
• Transformation & Growth: Support the business through continuous evolution, specifically focusing on the expansion of digital capabilities and ensuring talent strategy supports this growth.
• Process Optimization: They are on a journey to refine and strengthen HR processes/operations. You will be instrumental in making processes more scalable, efficient, and aligned with both regional and global objectives.
• Stakeholder Influence: Build credible relationships and confidently influence senior stakeholders, providing commercial insights and HR solutions that drive business outcomes.

The Ideal Profile

• Adaptable and grounded. You read the room, adjust your approach, and don't stand on ceremony.
• Hands-on and end-to-end. You've owned the full HR remit, not just a slice of it, and you're comfortable rolling up your sleeves.
• Comfortable in fluid, ambiguous environments. Ideally you've worked in a smaller or less structured organisational setting where you had to figure things out rather than follow a playbook.
• Commercially credible. You understand what motivates finance professionals and can hold your own with senior, numbers-driven stakeholders.
• A natural influencer. You change mindsets and build credibility through relationships, not authority.
