Role SummarySource and execute leasing transactions for industrial and logistics properties, representing landlords and tenants across warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and logistics hubs.

Key ResponsibilitiesOriginate and close industrial and logistics leasing deals (warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing space)
Build and maintain relationships with tenants, landlords, developers, and occupiers
Conduct market research, property tours, and site inspections
Prepare proposals, financial analyses, and lease comparisons
Negotiate lease terms including rental rates, tenure, fit-out contributions, and clauses
Collaborate with property management, legal, and transaction teams
Track market trends, vacancy rates, and rental benchmarks in industrial sectors
Meet revenue targets and business development goals

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
1-5 years in industrial/logistics real estate leasing or brokerage
Strong knowledge of Singapore's industrial property market and logistics sector
Understanding of lease structures, zoning regulations, and industrial property specifications
Valid CEA salesperson license is preferred
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with strong business development capabilities

PreferredEstablished network of industrial tenants, 3PLs, or logistics operators
Experience with build-to-suit or pre-leasing projects
Knowledge of supply chain and e-commerce sector requirements
