Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items with consistency and quality
- Ensure food presentation meets tea-room standards
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety practices
- Manage stock levels and minimize food wastage
- Support menu development and kitchen improvements
- Train and guide commis or kitchen crew when required
- Comply with company SOPs, health, and safety regulations
About you
- Experience in tea-room, café, restaurant, or any related experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and customer-focused
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
