Degree in a Technical or Sales field preferred, though not mandatory

Substantial sales experience in the technology or services sector, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets

Solid understanding of IT Managed Services landscape

Prior experience selling complex solutions/services to C-level clientele

Strong negotiation, client engagement, and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Exceptional presentation and teamwork skills

Desirable: knowledge of Cloud/Cloud-native, Virtualization, Storage Solutions, and HCI

Familiarity with solution selling and negotiation methodologies

Engage clients and leverage deep technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and datacentre solutions to identify opportunities and close deals

Tackle complex technical challenges during the sales process and stay informed on product/service details, market trends, and competitor pricing

Prepare and deliver client workshops and presentations; cultivate relationships with multiple client stakeholders, including C-level (CFOs, CIOs)

Analyze client business objectives and tailor solution recommendations accordingly

Spot emerging sales opportunities within existing accounts and convert qualified leads in collaboration with Client Managers

Develop and maintain account plans, forecast and manage opportunities within medium to long-term horizons

Define and document tailored technical solutions to meet client needs, identifying potential risks

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging sales methodologies (target plans, opportunity plans, account plans) to drive deal closure

Partner with internal teams to monitor scope of work and proposals
