Salary: $2,500 – $3,000/month

Job Description
Our client, an IT services company, is hiring an IT Helpdesk Engineer to provide onsite and remote IT support. Fresh graduates and applicants without prior IT work experience are welcome. Training provided.
Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 onsite and remote IT support.
Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, Windows OS, software, printers and network issues.
Create, update and resolve IT support tickets.
Escalate complex issues to Level 2 support.
Install, configure and maintain IT equipment.
Assist with Active Directory, Microsoft Intune and user accounts.
Perform computer imaging using Rufus, Acronis or similar tools.
Support endpoint monitoring, patching, preventive maintenance and IT security.
Maintain IT inventory and technical documentation.
Requirements
NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent IT qualification/training. Applicants with practical IT knowledge will also be considered.
Basic Windows, hardware and troubleshooting knowledge.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Independent, responsible and willing to learn.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, networking or imaging tools is an advantage, not mandatory.
No prior professional IT experience required.
