Responsibilities
Job Title: Receptionist Cum Facilities management (Floater - Temp) immediate starter
Work Location : CBD and Buona locations (deployment based on operational schedule)
Working Hours
Monday – Friday
Between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Includes 1-hour unpaid break)
Attire
Office Formal attire + Blazer + Black Flats/Black Formal Shoe.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with daily facilities operations across office locations
• Coordinate and liaise with vendors and service providers
• Track, monitor, and follow up on facilities-related matters
• Provide general administrative and operational support
• Welcome visitors with a professional and friendly approach
• Manage incoming calls and enquiries
• Maintain a clean and well-organized reception area
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and setup
• Handle incoming mail, couriers, and parcel distribution
Requirements
• ‘N’ Level qualification or higher
• Professional, responsible, and service-oriented attitude
• Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel between office locations when required
