Responsibilities
Location: West
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, Office Hours
Job Scope:
- Oversee hospital hospitality services and daily operations
- Manage vendor contracts, compliance and service performance
- Monitor service KPIs, conduct audits and resolve operational issues
- Manage procurement, budgets, billing and inventory
- Lead contract negotiations and coordinate with service providers
- Drive process improvements and support hospital projects
Requirements:
- Recognised Degree, preferably in Healthcare / Hospitality or related discipline
