Aboutthe Role

We arelooking for a proactive individual to join our team to manage our supply chain business. The ideal candidate is someone who understands international business, supply chain operation and insurance claim processes.

KeyResponsibilities

·       Liaise and build strong relationships with both suppliers and customers.

·       Manageand coordinate with factories and customers on order fulfilment, including resolving supply chain issues that may arise.

·       Freight negotiation and shipment booking.

·       Provideprofessional advice on loss prevention and liaise/negotiate with insurancecompany when need arise.

·       Maintainaccurate and up-to-date order fulfilment records.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 1 ~ 2 years of experience in freight, logistics or trade operations.
• Fresh graduates are open to apply
• Working knowledge of marine cargo insurance and claims handling
• Familiarity with Incoterms 2020
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP (HANA) / SAP Business One system
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Able to travel for business trips occasionally
