Job Scope

• Lead the hotel’s overall sales, marketing, branding and commercial strategy.
• Drive room revenue, F&B sales, events business and market share.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, digital channels, public relations and brand positioning.
• Analyze market trends, competitor performance and business forecasts.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in similar capacity with extensive hotel sales and marketing experience, including leadership.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of hospitality distribution channels.
• Proven track record in business growth, strategic planning and team management.
