Role Description The Snr Project Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution, from planning through completion. This role coordinates project schedules, resources, and budgets, ensuring deliverables meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The Snr Project Executive works closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to manage communication, resolve issues, and maintain alignment with project objectives. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring progress, preparing reports, managing risks, and supporting tender, contract, and documentation processes. The role also contributes to continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and supporting the development of junior team members.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Experience in construction or design & build environments, with knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in documentation and reporting, including preparation of tenders, contracts, progress reports, and project correspondence.
• Effective stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and cross-functional internal teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to present project updates clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency with project management and construction-related software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, scheduling tools; familiarity with BIM or CAD is an advantage).
