Summary
Basic $3500-$4000
Mon-Fri, Office Hour
Location: Macpherson
Marine offshore MNC
Immediate hiring
6 months contract, opportunity convert to perm
Responsibilities
Handle daily accounts receivable (AR) operations, including invoicing, billing, and payment processing.
Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and customer statements.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers on overdue accounts.
Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies.
Allocate incoming payments and ensure accurate posting of receipts into the accounting system.
Maintain accurate AR records and update customer account information.
Assist with month-end closing and AR aging reports.
Liaise with internal departments and customers to resolve payment and account-related queries.
Assist with audit preparation and provide supporting documents when required.
Requirements
Candidate with AR experience in marine/oil & gas industry are welcome to apply.
