Your Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct personalised consultations to understand clients' beauty goals and recommend suitable treatments.
• Perform beauty and skincare treatments, including facials, peels, skin rejuvenation, and massage techniques.
• Provide bust care and enhancement treatments in accordance with company procedures and client needs.
• Educate clients on treatment processes, skincare routines, and aftercare recommendations.
• Build positive client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Handle customer payments and collections accurately.
• Monitor treatment supplies and maintain sufficient inventory.
• Support daily operations and other ad-hoc duties when required.

Who We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
• Experience in facials or other beauty treatments is an advantage.
• Passionate about beauty, skincare, and customer service.
• Positive, proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable working on weekends.
